To The Sacred Table for Selah,
a sacred pause between seasons.
We’re so glad you’re coming.
This bespoke one-day workshop is a space to step out of the ordinary pace of life, gather around the table, and make room for what the year has held.
A day to rest, reflect and return with Jesus.
There is nothing you need to prepare for the day. Everything you need will be provided. Simply come as you are, and give yourself permission to just be.
The only thing we ask is that you complete the short form below. We’d love to gather a few personal details, including your postal address and any dietary requirements, so we can prepare for you and send a little something in the post before the day.
Welcome
Your day at The Sacred Table
For one day, give yourself permission to pause.
To become still long enough to truly listen. To notice where the Lord has placed you in this season of your life, and to pay attention to what this year has held.
Come and meet Jesus at The Sacred Table.
Make space to reflect, to honour what has been, and to receive the presence and peace that become harder to recognise when life is lived at the pace of pressure and performance.
There is nothing to achieve here. Simply a day to be present, to listen, to receive, and to let yourself be held by the One who has been with you through it all.

The table is at the heart of our day, and food is part of how we welcome, nourish and commune together.
We’ll begin with herbal teas and fresh beverages as we gather, followed by a beautiful grazing table for lunch, prepared with wholesome ingredients and enjoyed slowly, in the garden.
The menu will be gluten-free and dairy-free, with nourishing food and beautiful drinks throughout the day. This is an alcohol-free gathering, creating space to be fully present and enjoy the beauty of the day together.
If you have any additional dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know through the form so we can prepare the table with you in mind.

Bring your Bible for the day.
Everything else will be provided, so there is nothing else you need to prepare. Simply come as you are.
