This whole-person approach looks at your mindset, habits, values, and lifestyle, supporting you to:

Clarity Session

Duration: 1.1  45 minutes & 60 minutes available

A personalised, immersive 60-minute coaching experience via Zoom, designed to bring clarity, calm, and alignment to where you are right now. Together, we’ll explore what feels out of sync and create a clear, actionable first step to move forward with intention.

Reset Mentorship

Duration: 1.1 3 x 60-minute sessions (6 weeks)

Reconnect and recalibrate your life in 3 sessions.

A structured 3-session mentorship guiding you through mindset reflection, mindfulness, and practical integration. This mentorship helps you identify blocks, restore balance, and translate your intentions into daily habits — bridging the gap between knowing what matters and living it.

Align & Thrive Mentorship

Duration: 1.1 6 x 60-minute sessions (12 weeks) 

Step into a life of lasting clarity, calm, and purposeful alignment.

A 6-session, immersive integrative mentorship that blends reflective mindset work, emotional awareness, mindfulness practices, and habit alignment. Through step-by-step guidance and personalised support, you’ll integrate your mind, body, heart, and lifestyle—so clarity, calm, and purposeful living become your natural way of being.

About me

I’ve always loved creating spaces that feel safe, calm, and beautiful. Over time, I realised that true wellbeing goes beyond our walls and gardens, it begins from within, in the choices we make, the thoughts we nurture, and the life we intentionally design.

During my own journey of self-discovery, I noticed the “weeds” in my mind, the unspoken expectations, limiting beliefs, fears, and habits that quietly shaped my life, leaving me feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. I learned that if one part of our life is out of sync, the rest often follows. For me, the signal was undeniable: my body and mind were asking for a pause, an invitation to listen, slow down, and care for myself. Real transformation begins by tending to the inner garden: sifting through the rocks, renewing the soil, and planting seeds right where we are. In that process, I realised something fundamental: the gap isn’t in knowing what we want; it is in moving from intention into everyday life. I valued Intentional living, but I wasn’t living it! When we truly care for ourselves with the same attention we give to a home or a garden, our values, habits, and choices begin to fall into place, creating a life that feels fully lived, meaningful, and whole.
For years, I’ve combined creativity, home design, mindfulness, wellness, and purpose-led practices to guide women in creating lives, and homes, that feel calm, thoughtful and truly authentic. My work is rooted in intentional living and taking an integrative approach, supporting you to reconnect with yourself, what matters most, and to intentionally design a life that genuinely feels life coming home.
When you give yourself the space to reflect, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate practices that nurture your whole self, you begin to move from knowing to living, from intention into action, and from feeling untethered to truly coming home within yourself.
