Hello friend,
I’m Maddy. I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces in life and in our homes that feel calm, intentional, and deeply meaningful. Over time, I realised that true wellbeing goes beyond walls or décor. It begins within — in the choices we make, the thoughts we nurture, and the life we intentionally design.
During my own journey, I noticed how much of my life was shaped by unspoken expectations, old beliefs, and habits I hadn’t questioned. On the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I felt disconnected and overwhelmed.
That was my cue to pause. To slow down. To listen. To tend to what was happening beneath the surface.
I learned that when one part of our life is out of alignment, it often affects everything else — our inner peace, our relationships, and even how we experience our surroundings. Real change didn’t come from doing more, but from gently tending to what was already there and pausing long enough to listen.
For more than six years, I’ve woven together creativity, mindfulness, intentional living, and integrative coaching to support women in creating lives that feel calm, meaningful, and truly their own.
A Home Within is where it all comes together. It’s a place to pause, check in with yourself, and shape a life that feels thoughtful, grounded, and just…like coming home.

Guide to Vision Casting
Life will always offer stories, sometimes wild, sometimes tender. These stories can shape us, guiding our growth and our connection to the world, or they can define us, limiting our vision of who we might become. The choice, as always, is ours.
It’s not a task. It’s not a list of goals. It’s dreaming. It’s giving yourself permission to envision your future self and life with no limits. It’s listening to what your heart has been quietly whispering.
What feels heavy as you step into this next season? Which habits, expectations, or old ways of being are you still carrying, not because they serve you, but simply out of habit?
Where you place your time matters; the best use of life is love, and the best expression of love is time. Where you spend your time reveals what you truly value.

What AHW Subscribers Are Saying:
Create A Thriving Garden
"I’ve realised that a home within is less about building something new and more about returning to a familiar, cosy, and calm place we may once have been disconnected from. Our lives are shaped by the choices we make each day, the habits we nurture, the beliefs we carry, and the actions we take. Left unattended, small weeds can quietly take root, leaving us feeling off balance and out of sync, giving us the choice to mask and perform or to pause and be present. When we pause, notice, and tend to our inner garden, the rocks can be moved, the soil renewed, and new seeds planted, seeds that, over time, grow and flower in ways we can’t yet imagine.” — Maddy Evennett
